You know how it is, there’s not enough time to go grocery shopping and fix a meal for the family after working all day, so you hit the drive-thru on the way home. Well, there is one documentary claiming that eating McDonald’s for a month cause many health problems and a lot of weight gain – BUT that person also dramatically changed his lifestyle in other ways such as completely stopping his regular exercise routine. Also, he always super-sized his meal when the worker at McDonald’s asked if he wanted to. While another person ate McDonald’s for a month and gained no weight and felt no other ill effects because she made wiser decisions in her food choices and did not otherwise dramatically alter her lifestyle.
